Imput 103.10.22.242  as proxy and set the port to 3128. Set the host to mobile.facebook.com.. Or mobile.twitter.com which seems even faster...

Please note you must have subscribe to the etisalat smartpack...by dialing *343*5*6# 

To power all apps use auto proxy or proxy droid... Set the IP to 127.0.0.1 port 8080...
