Seo means search engine optimization. If you write health on a search engine like Google and press enter then Google will display many search results about health. You will see many health related websites or article which will help you to know how to care your body or how to be healthy. There are many pages on search results. Only 10 websites will keep place on a page. If you want to gain place on results first page you have to need seo. You have to informed search engines about your website. On that way you have to need make site map and need to submit it search engines lab.
